Here's a peak inside my studio. Fellow artist Christopher Kettle connected me with the owner.. and I moved in three months ago. I feel a sense of peace and freedom in the space. The light is wonderful and I'm surrounded by nature at the foot of the Downs. The increase in space has also affected my practice. I'm able to properly stand back to look at my paintings. This weekend I'm exhibiting paintings in the historic Danny House as part of the Hurst Festival in the Sussex South Downs. This is a group exhibition of landscape and nature themed paintings and runs through this weekend 27th and 28th September 10 - 5pm. Do come and say hello.
