Inside my studio on the South Downs

Here's a peak inside my studio. Fellow artist Christopher Kettle connected me with the owner.. and I moved in three months ago.

I feel a sense of peace and freedom in the space. The light is wonderful and I'm surrounded by nature at the foot of the Downs. The increase in space has also affected my practice. I'm able to properly stand back to look at my paintings. This was really useful last week when I completed my largest landscape Edge of the Sky.

I'm looking forward to showing my new work in exhibitions this year including my Artist Open House which is coming up in May. I'll share details very soon.
