It's the end of a busy three weeks in Brighton for Artist Open Houses . The sun came out and with it many wonderful buyers looking for Christmas gifts and art work for their walls. It was lovely to welcome some familiar faces and meet new collectors. And of course a chance to catch up with my friends and family who came to hang out. Getting ready for my Artist Winter Open House 2025
I'm looking forward to opening my doors again for Winter Brighton Artist Open House . For three weekends I'll be exhibiting a new series of paintings inspired by Exmoor, Andalucia, the South Downs and the South of France. Oil paintings , watercolours and mixed media on paper , giclee prints , beautifully produced greeting cards and silk squares. My Painting 'These Feet are for Dancing' beautifully framed in it's new home
Today I visited a large painting that was sold earlier this year at my Artist Open House in May. As you can see, it is now beautifully framed and is hanging in position overlooking a large kitchen/dining room with big windows to the south facing garden. The painting was inspired by by Ezra Collective and a track 'God gave me Feet for Dancing' from their album 'Dance No One's Watching.'
