After a wonderful 2025 exhibiting in a number of spaces and of course opening my doors for the May and December Artists Open Houses, I'm now looking towards the new year.

I’ve had a well needed rest over the holiday period after delivering paintings to their new homes in time for Christmas.

Whilst I love exhibiting in galleries and being connected with the art community, I particularly love the Brighton Open Houses.

Forming a personal connection with buyers who have viewed a painting in my home, fallen in love with it and decided to take the leap, is unusual in the art world.

And delivering the work in person - seeing where a painting will live - is also very special.

And now it's on to new beginnings for 2026. I'll be moving into a bigger, brighter studio nestled in the West Sussex countryside outside Brighton. There is superb light and lots of inspiration - I can paint and walk directly from the door up onto the South Downs and be throroughly immersed in nature.

I'll be updating my studio page here soon to give you a glimpse of the new space and I look forward to sharing with you the work I'm planning for 2026.

Happy New Year everyone x
